XP in Safe Mode
I always seem to forget how to get xp to start in safe mode. F8 right after the bios screen. Via -> Starting Windows XP in Safe Mode. Why do I need to remember this? Virtual machines. I use XP to run some things under either Linux or Win 7. When I create a new VM XP has to be started in safe mode so that some of Virtual Box’s addons can be installed. Viola.
